If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in, Tenant HB Self Storage may send you text messages related to your account and rental, such as move-in instructions, access/gate codes, payment confirmations and reminders, auto-payment enrollment notices, account status updates, lease document notifications, and, where you have separately consented, promotional or marketing messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information, including opt-in consent status or phone numbers, will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services, for purposes of delivering the text messages you have requested.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accessing Your Information & Your Choices

You can access and update your profile information by logging into your account on the Site.

You may choose not to provide requested information, or may choose to restrict the use of cookies, but that may limit the services Tenant HB Self Storage is able to provide to you. You may also choose to close your online account by contacting us at the telephone number below, although this will affect your ability to use some of our services, such as online rentals and online auto-pay. We may retain certain information associated with your account even after it is closed.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails and marketing text messages at any time. You may or may not be able to unsubscribe from transactional emails and transactional text messages, as these relate to your active account and rental agreement.

Please note that given a lack of industry standards regarding "do-not-track" (DNT) signals, Tenant HB Self Storage currently does not take action in response to these signals. In other words, if your browser transmits a DNT signal, we may continue tracking.

Security Measures

Tenant HB Self Storage takes reasonable measures to protect your personally identifiable information. However, you supply information to Tenant HB Self Storage at your own risk, as data security measures cannot be guaranteed to be fully effective.
